Jeremy is an active in several professional real estate organizations including the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the Houston Association of Realtors. Being a part of these professional real estate organizations ensures that as a Realtor, Jeremy is upheld to high ethical and legal standards when representing his clients whether buying or selling a home. Another benefit of being a member of these professional organizations is Jeremy’s ability to access additional tools to provide a high level of customer services to his clients.
Jeremy knows that it is important to clients to have the credentials and experience when providing representation in a transaction that likely involves one of the biggest financial investments that can be made in life. Jeremy has proven time and again in his real estate career his ability to perform at a high level by earning several production awards, being recognized by nomination for one of the Top 30 Under 30 real estate agents in the nation, and by meeting production qualifications required to serve on the Keller Williams Realty NE board of directors (Agent Leadership Council). Jeremy served on the Agent Leadership Council in 2007 and 2008, and during that service also was involved as Committee Chair for the Technology Committee. Jeremy is also a member of the Kingwood Chamber of Commerce. While Jeremy is not one to boast of the recognition received from producing at a high level as a Realtor, Jeremy does realize it is important for his clients to understand his level of commitment and the dedication to his profession builds trust and rapport.
Jeremy has also been the recipient of the Albert Hopkins Memorial Award and the Keller Williams Realty regional award, the Eagle Award. The Albert Hopkins Memorial Award is a peer nominated and voted upon recognition for the agent that conducts their business in a manner of high moral and ethical integrity. The Albert Hopkins Memorial Award recipient is then recognized at the Regional Keller Williams award ceremony for the Eagle Award. Both of these awards are the highest level of recognition that can be achieved as a Realtor working at Keller Williams Realty. Being recognized in for these awards reflecting a real estate agent of high moral and ethical integrity has brought and will continue to bring great comfort to those that entrust Jeremy with their real estate needs.
In addition to the recognition received for production and the honors bestowed for ethical business practice, Jeremy is also a featured contributor in Realtor Magazine. Jeremy contributes weekly to the Young Professionals Network blog providing guidance to Realtors nationally in the areas of technology and personal growth. It has been an honor for Jeremy to have his writings read by thousands of Realtors.
Jeremy believes in giving back to the community in which he lives in. Jeremy has served as a board member for the Lake Houston Family YMCA in Kingwood, Texas. During his service on the Lake Houston Family YMCA board, Jeremy also served as the Membership Committee Chair and on the executive committee. Jeremy currently commits his time serving as a board member for the East Houston Fellowship of Christian Athletes. The mission of FCA is “to present to athletes and coaches and all whom they influence the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church. ” Jeremy enjoys Blessing others for he has been Blessed in his business.
Jeremy is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Jeremy received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration. One of Jeremy’s most memorable accomplishments in college, when attending at the time Southwest Texas State University, was being a founding father of Beta Upsilon Chi (BYX).
Jeremy’s family currently lives in Greentree Village in Kingwood, Texas. His wife Laurie is a tax accountant with Administaff, a professional employer organization headquartered in Kingwood, Texas. Jeremy has two children that he enjoys spending time with while not in the office. Jeremy and his family attend Humble Area First Baptist Church in Humble, Texas. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with family, vacationing to destinations that have beaches, playing guitar, and reading.
