Is real estate your full-time or part-time job?
Answer: Jeremy believes that it is only in the best interest of someone selling their home to choose a real estate agent that makes it their full-time job to get your home sold. Part-time Realtors will get you part-time results. Would you hire a brain surgeon that only did surgery on a part-time basis or as a hobby?
When you market my home, do you primarily market my home to Realtors in your office?
Answer: While Jeremy believes it is important to market your home to the Realtors in his office, Jeremy feels that it is important that all area Realtors, including those that are licensed with other brokerages, get exposure to your home. The more Realtors working with potential buyers that know about your home, the increased probability that your home will sell quicker for a higher dollar amount. Beware of Realtors that boast about marketing only with their brokerage.
Do you list my home on HAR.com?
Answer: Jeremy is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, and he posts all his real estate listings on HAR.com. For your home to be posted on HAR.com, a Realtor must be a member of the Houston Association of Realtors. Be wary of Realtors that are not members of the Houston Association of Realtors. They are unable to post your listing to the most recognized and searched real estate website in Houston, Texas and the country. Not being on this website will greatly reduce your exposure to potential buyers in the market place.
Does your Realtor attach a flyer box to the for sale sign?
Answer: Jeremy places a flyer box on all his for sale signs. Jeremy believes it is important that potential buyers cruising neighborhoods and looking at potential homes have something tangible to take with them to be reminded of your home. Jeremy highlights his website on property flyers to direct potential buyers to additional pictures, property details and a virtual tour of your home. Beware of Realtors that boast about 1-800 numbers or text for more information technology tools. These tools are geared as lead generating tools for Realtors; not necessarily tools that highlight your home in particular.
Does your Realtor feature your home in print material?
Answer: Jeremy realizes that there are still some potential buyers that begin their home search with either a newspaper and magazine (though most home buyers begin their search online). Jeremy advertises his clients’ homes in the local Tribune Newspaper and in our brokerage’s full color, bi-monthly home magazine distributed throughout Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita, the Lake Houston area, Spring, the Champions area, The Woodlands and the Lake Livingston area. The high quality magazine has great shelf life and gets your home seen.
